Different overhaul kits are available depending on the extent of the overhaul that you plan, the contents of the kits are described as follows:

• MRK Kit (RWD): Main case bearings, gaskets, seals, kits may also include nuts, dogs & wires, thrust bearings, extension housing bushing, small parts kit, shifter bushings however miscellaneous parts will vary by transmission. Syncro rings are sold separately in sets.

IDENTIFICATION - All aluminum end loaded transmission with a flat rectangular 4-bolt inspection cover on top of the case. Light duty 5 speed fully synchronized. The shifter is mounted on the top of the extension housing. The cluster gear is supported by tapered bearings in the front and rear by a needle bearing in the center. Reverse gears are helical-cut. New process casting is on side of case.
