We offer quality differential covers by Mag-Hytec, as you know heat can kill,
it can cause deterioration of fluids and components. With the new differential
covers, you can increase the fluid capacity, you will find that the fluid will
run 15 to 20 degrees cooler. Cast in A356T6 aluminum covers feature increased
lubricant and cooling capacity, and are equipped with a magnetic drain plug,
1/8 NPT temperature sender fitting, lube reference plug, and a magnetic dipstick
for checking fluid level and condition. Dipstick, drain, and reference plug
are MS 33649 and fitted with AS 568 O-rings, as is the cover gasket, which requires
no sealant or gasket. All hardware is stainless steel, and the cover is texture-powder
coated in black.

The differential is easier to check and service
these covers offer the following features:
- O' Ring seal, snapped into a inverted "V" groove for a positive
seal without gasket or silicone.
- Knurled dipstick for quick removal, marked low/high
to check level between service periods.
- Manufactured using finned aircraft aluminum housing
for additional cooling capability.
- Magnetic drain plug and anodized aluminum dipstick
with magnetic insert.
- 1/8 NPT temperature sending port, you can now
monitor the differential temperature if desired. Unit ships with plug.
- Furnished hardware; plugs, cap screws and washers
are stainless steel in most applications.
- Fits most factory suspension systems and aftermarket anti sway bars
- Calibration plug is centered on the serial number
plate and approximates the stock cover fill plug for factory fluid level.
- Lube level reference plug.
