Clutch Pedal Vibration:
1. Bent crankshaft
2. Bent flywheel flange
3. Flywheel not seated evenly on crankshaft flange
4. Severe misalignment between engine and transmission
5. Cover assembly not centralized on flywheel --sounds like main bearing knock
6. Clutch housing sprung by improper installation
7. Clutch release shaft arms not parallel
8. Broken or missing clutch pedal pull-back spring
