Different overhaul kits are available depending on the extentof the overhaul that you plan, the contents of the kits are described as follows:

ALTBK Bearing Overhaul Kits (FWD) include all major bearings, input shaft bearings, main shaft (pinion bearings, differential carrier bearings, shift fork inserts, gaskets, seals and small parts when available.
Kits ending in WS include a full set of brass Syncro rings. Grinding when shifting gears or poping out of gear are signs of worn rings.
