Transmissions warranty on standard duty units.

These remanufactured transmissis are warranted by the manufcture against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. In addition a freight and labor warranty is provide for the first sixty days. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

This warranty is limited to replacing the transmission or parts thereof which upon factory examination prove to be defective. It does not cover breaking of gears castings or sprags, damaged resulting rom abuse, faulty installation or operation of any part not furnished with the transmission or accident.

In order to make a claim for adjustment under this warranty you must retrn the transmission to the factory, with in the warranty period transportation charges prepaid, for inspection. Should the transmission be accepted as defective it will be repaird at no charge and returned freight charges collect. Sould the transmission be returned within sixty days of purchase and be accepted as defective the factory will pay for labor time as listes as "warranty time" in current issue of Morto Manua under remove and replace as per the make year and model at a rate of one half the prevaling labor rates and freight up to $100.00. Towing, rental vehicles, lost ime and or any damages other than those to the transmission it's self are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is void if the transmission has been run without oil, raced, abused, or used in any application other than that for which it was intended or if it has been repaired or altered outside the factory. No freight or labor claims will be honored after sixty days.
