Core returns will only be handled in accordance with published Company policy in effect from time to time. Core return information, core return number and shipment destination are typically provided with the shipment. Cores are returned freight prepaid by customer. Cores are returned to the factory where they under go a core inspection process, the factory writes and mails a check to us, we then write a check to you. Receipt of core funds can take up to six weeks. Cores are subject to a $50.00 factory core inspection fee, deducted from core deposit at time of refund. Cores returned after 5 weeks are subject to discount of core value.

Freight for all returned cores are paid for and the sole responsibility of the customer until received at rebuild center within 30 days.

All cores undergo an inspection process upon arrival at manufacturer’s rebuild center and are subject to deduction based on condition and usability, and a processing fee not exceeding the amount of $50. Upon completion of inspection an accumulated monthly check is issued to Driveline Service of Las Vegas to be distributed out to individual core refund recipients. Therefore, please allow up to six weeks for core refund.

Any core return after 5 weeks is subject to discount of core value.
