Selec-Trac Provides:
- - Either 2- or full-time 4-wheel drive in HI range;
- - An N (Neutral) position to disengage the axles from the power train
- - Part time four-wheel drive in LO range.
A cross reference table is provide to assist you in identification of your transfer case. Check tag located on rear of unit for model number. We can also provide rebuilt NP229 Selec-Trac transfer cases. All rebuilt transfer cases get new seals, bearings, chains, fork pad, encoder motors and viscous couplers. All shafts, slider, hubs and planets are inspect to ensure proper tolerances are maintained. All units are tested at the factory prior to shipment, see list. Our rebuilt transfer cases have a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty.
