Tansfer Case Chains OE Replacements

We are proud to offer quality transfer cases chains, these transfer case chains are designed to be top of the line professional components. We offer chains for tranfer cases manufactured by Borg Warner, New Process, New Venture as well as some individual foriegn manufactures. 
 
The following are for Borge Warner transfer case models: BW1305, BW1345, BW1350, BW 1354, BW1356, BW1370, BW1372, BW4401, BW4402, BW4404, BW4405, BW4406, BW4407, BW4409, BW4410, BW4411, BW4422, BW4424, BW4462, BW4470, BW4472, BW4473, BW4476, BW4481, BW4482 and BW4484.  Chains are available for the Dana 28 transfer case.  We provide new transfer case chains for the following New Process or New Venture transfer cases:  NP119, NP125, NP126, NP129, NP136, NP140, NP149,  NP207, NP208, NP218, NP219, NP225, NP226 , NP228, NP229, NP231, NP233, NP235, NP236, NP241, NP242, NP243, NP244, NP245, NP246, NP247, NP249, NP261, NP263, NP271, and the NP273. Transfer case chains are also available for the following: Ram-50, GEO Tracker, BMW325i, BMW X3, BMW X5, Isuzu, Mazda, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki and Toyota.
 
Two different designs are used in transfer case chains, see the following illustrations:

Round Pin design, this chain can be rolled up like a bike chain.

Rocker Pin Design, this chain is stiff and cannot be rolled.
Worn transfer case chains can cause extensive damage to the transfer case unit if not replaced.  If your transfer case is making noise, popping or banging, it could be a stretched chain.  If not replaced it can wear a hole in the case, cause sprockets to fail and much more.  We recommend that if you are replacing the bearings, gaskets or seal and the vehicle has over 100,000 miles that you replace the transfer case chain.  Transfer case bearing overhaul kits are available on our site.  The following information is provided to assist you in understanding transfer case  chain terminolgy .
